This Returns and Exchanges Policy outlines the procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from FishOils.lk. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Please review this policy carefully before proceeding with a return or exchange.


Eligibility

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from FishOils.lk.

  • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.


Return Process

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 076 188 0990 or email us at [email protected]. Provide your order number along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. If eligible, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and guided through the return process.

Return Authorization and Shipping

Once you receive your RA#, securely package the product along with a copy of the original proof of purchase. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Inspection and Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges or restocking fees.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Exchange Process

Initiating an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 076 188 0990. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. You will be issued an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) if the exchange meets our criteria.

Exchange Authorization and Shipping

After receiving your EA#, securely package the item along with a copy of your proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including returning the original item and receiving the replacement.

Inspection and Replacement

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure eligibility. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery of the replacement item.


Exceptions and Notes
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If your item was damaged during delivery, contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence to arrange for a refund or replacement.

  • FishOils.lk reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
